Q. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER?

A. Ideally, the earlier the better. That way you are able to secure your videographer before they are unavailable.

Q. WHY GET A WEDDING VIDEO WHEN WE ALREADY HAVE PHOTOS?

A. The short answer is yes, although we are slightly biased. We believe video is a better format for reliving moments. Video tends to capture the emotions of the wedding a lot better. We think photography is an amazing form of art and we couldn't imagine our lives without it. At the same time though, videos are able to capture moments and emotions in ways that photos simply can't do. If there is ever a day in your life that you want to be able to relive accurately and in an exciting way, we think it should be your wedding day. To us, there is something very special about watching your wedding video and being reminded of the vows you made on that day.

 

Q. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

A. We are located in Portland, Oregon.

 

Q. WHAT AREAS WILL YOU SHOOT WEDDINGS AT?

A. Literally anywhere in the world! While we primarily shoot weddings in the Portland, Oregon Area and other parts around Oregon, we have shot weddings internationally and LOVE traveling.

Q. DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?

A. We charge for travel if the event is more than 2 hours away from Portland, OR. If more than 4 hours away, we will charge for lodging.

Q. WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS LIKE?

A. After you inquire through our site, we'll respond to you with our availability and answer any questions you have off the bat. If you're still interested in moving forward, we will send you the contract that takes about 2 minutes to fill out. You approve the package, sign the contract, and pay the retainer all online in just a few moments. Then you're locked in! We'll schedule a meeting or Skype/FaceTime meeting to get to know you and talk about your big day. Then we'll make you guys an awesome wedding video :)

Q. WHO WILL SHOOT OUR WEDDING?

A. For almost all weddings, Igor will be filming your wedding. In the event that a second videographer is requested, we have a team of second shoots we regularly work with and trust!

Q. DO I NEED A SECOND VIDEOGRAPHER?

A.  While a second videographer is not absolutely necessary, it is still highly recommend, as a second videographer is able to capture different angles and much more footage.

Q. HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR THE FILM?

A. We are partnered with Artlist.io and we highly recommend our couples to browse their huge selection of music. If the couple is unable to find something they like on the website, we can certainly work something out.

Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR WEDDING VIDEO?

A. Generally, our turnaround time is roughly 3 months, and in peak season its around 4 months. If the couple requests a teaser clip, that is sent in a week after the wedding.
